New Meal Plan Fall 2026

We’re excited to announce that new meal plan options are launching in Fall 2026. Designed with student flexibility in mind, our updated plans will better reflect the way students dine today.

  • Ensures every student can select a plan that fits their schedule and lifestyle.

To purchase a meal plan, you can visit the meal plan office or contact Embry-Riddle Dining Services by phone at (386) 226-7927 or via email at cherylanne.bailey@sodexo.com. When reaching out, please include your student ID number and indicate which meal plan you are interested in. Meal plans are valid from orientation until the end of final exams each semester.

They are non-transferable and can only be used by the purchaser.

Meal Exchange Information:

A meal exchange is a program that lets students use one of their dining hall meal swipes at other campus food locations. Instead of eating at the main dining hall, they can choose a set combo meal at places on campus such as Chick fil a, Qdoba, or Refueling Stations. All retail locations on campus, including Starbucks, offer a meal exchange. The meal usually includes an entree, a side, and a drink, but varies depending on location. It provides students with more flexibility and convenience in where they eat.

Meal Plan Assignments:

If you would like to make changes to your assigned meal plan, please contact us at (386) 226-7927 or email cherylanne.bailey@sodexo.com. Upgrading a meal plan can be done at any time during the semester, while downgrading or canceling a meal plan must be done within the first 10 days after the start of campus orientation. Please note that mandatory meal plans cannot be canceled. Unused Sodexo Bucks remaining at the end of each semester shall be forfeited. Meal plans Dragon Block and Apollo Block are non-refundable.

Meal Plans start on Aug. 19, 2026 and end on Dec. 9, 2026.

Aug. 27, 2026 is the last day to reduce or cancel meal plans. Upgrades can be made at any time throughout the semester.

First-year students are required to select one of the following mandatory meal plans: Concorde, Spirit, or Clipper. Second-year students who are required to reside on campus may also choose the Flyer plan. For first-year students on the Concorde plan, meal exchanges are limited to ten (10) per week, while those on the Spirit and Clipper plans are limited to seven (07) meal exchanges per week. All other students on any meal plan receive unlimited meal exchanges; however, all individuals utilizing meal exchanges are limited to three (03) per day. Please note that any unused Sodexo Bucks remaining at the end of each semester will be forfeited. All meal plans expire weekly on Saturday at 11:59 p.m.
